RETURN POLICY

How to Request an Exchange

Exchanges can be made through courier services, or via mail (the choice is up to the customer and must be coordinated with the Perlei team).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • They must be requested within a MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 15 DAYS from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

We DO NOT cover shipping or reshipping costs in cases of size, model, or color changes, nor for mistakes made during the purchase process.

Conditions for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in the following condition:

  • The product must be complete and returned exactly as it was delivered.
  • Tags must remain INTACT.
  • The original packaging, protective boxes, and adhesive protectors must NOT be damaged.
  • Items must NOT show signs of wear, have odors, stains (e.g., deodorant), or alterations made by the customer (e.g., stitching).

Sale Items

Items purchased on SALE are NOT eligible for exchange (except for size changes).

If the returned product does NOT meet the criteria outlined above, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY THE EXCHANGE. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by an explanation for the rejection. If the exchange is done in person, this will be clarified on-site.

Important Information

We do not process exchanges for items from previous seasons, discontinued collections, or products purchased on promotion/discount.
